How the numbers are computed. Envelope tiles = live COUNT/SUM over tally_tokens (value, user shares, foundation shares); claims today = COUNT of claim rows since UTC midnight. Lifetime minted = SUM of tally_supply.tokens_minted; fuel consumed = SUM of tokens_burned; Foundation pot = tokens_remaining WHERE purpose='master'. Per-tier fuel is GROUP BY users.plan joined through zeq_identities. The envelope contract: tokens are created only by compute — one envelope per call, V = cost × (2 − precision/0.001), split 80/20 user/Foundation when paid-funded, 100% Foundation when free-funded; credits (free and paid) are immovable fuel.
